About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Control System Engineer (SCADA/Control Systems) in our Newcastle office. Preference will be given to engineers with 2-3 years proven experience in SCADA, PLC, Telemetry and project execution. Your role will be to engineer and design technical automation solutions across multiple PLC and SCADA platforms. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment on a range of projects within different sectors.
Candidate Profile:

You will be degree qualified in Engineering having extensive work experience in control systems design, programming and commissioning.

We will highly regard candidates with extensive skills and experience in Industrial Control and Automation (SCADA and PLC) including design, software development, testing and commissioning.

PLC, SCADA, and HMI experience across the major Vendor platforms - Rockwell, Siemens and Schneider.

Candidates with experience in legacy control systems and experience with modernisation strategies will be highly valued.

You will have widespread skills and knowledge in electrical design, fault finding and commissioning of industrial automation plants.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
